Your onboarding specialist will walk you through the initial setup, including hardware configuration, software training, and menu setup. Post-launch, your account manager will be your go-to contact for ongoing support, updates, feature guidance, or any assistance you need to ensure continued success with Vouch POS.
Yes, we make transitioning to Vouch POS seamless. Our menu programming team can import your existing menu, employee data, and other key information from your previous POS system.
We’ll also train you on how to manage and update your menu independently moving forward, giving you the flexibility to fully control your menu updates.
We do not enforce the long term contract on our customers. To get started with payment processing, a standard merchant agreement is required. Once you confirm, our team will guide you through the onboarding process with a clear step-by-step checklist.
Hardware
POS Terminals required to be purchased from Vouch POS since they have the encrypted keys for payment processing.
For kitchen display and cash drawers, you can go for any standard hardware or if you already have them, you can reuse them. We support Epson printers, you can get them from us or procure directly from your side.
We work with a wide network of hardware distributors, so we’ll ensure you get the best possible rates on your hardware.

The system is fully plug-and-play, requiring no technical expertise. Once you receive the hardware, it takes just a few minutes to get it up and running.

Yes, remote setup is absolutely possible and is what most of our clients prefer. The Vouch POS system is designed to be user-friendly and plug-and-play, so it requires no complicated configuration or technical knowledge.
Our support team can access the system remotely to assist with setup, customization, and testing, all without needing to be on-site.
However, if you prefer an on-site installation, we do offer that as well through our local deployment teams, depending on your location.
Training & Support
Yes, full training is included as part of your onboarding. Post onboarding as well if you have any queries or need another training, our dedicated account manager and support team will always be available to guide you.

No, we do not charge per terminal or user for the software.
You only pay for the hardware you need (such as the POS terminal, printer, or KDS). Once your subscription is active, you can use the software on multiple devices at no additional software cost, making it scalable as your business grows.

Yes, we have a legally compliant credit surcharge program called Reward Pay where you can pass the credit card fees to your customers. The system automatically calculates and discloses the surcharge to customers at checkout, keeping the entire process transparent and within legal guidelines.
Payment processing is fully integrated and bundled with Vouch POS for a seamless checkout experience.
We currently work with our trusted payment processing partner to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant transactions. At this time, using an external payment provider is not supported, as our system is optimized to work best with our integrated solution for faster settlements and real-time reporting.
The restaurants can opt for the payment on the same day or the next day.
Yes, our POS, online ordering platform and mobile app supports a wide range of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, loyalty credits, and gift cards. Yes, offline payments are supported with Vouch POS, however restaurants need to understand the risks associated with it.
Orders are sent to the POS in real time. The orders will be fired to the kitchen printers based on your configuration like immediately or a few minutes before the pickup or delivery time.
Yes, we are integrated with DoorDash drive where cashiers can book drivers for on-call orders or drivers can be assigned on demand for online orders.
Yes, menu items can be restricted to POS only and such that they are hidden in online orders, mobile app and third party orders.
Commission Free Online Ordering & Branded App
The online ordering site that you will receive from Vouch will have your logo, banner and branding. The color theme of the website will be customized based on your branding color palette.

Yes, the POS menu can be synced with the third party ordering as configured by the restaurants for all the channels like UberEats, Grubhub & DoorDash in real time. You don’t need to login to the third party platforms to manage the orders.

Loyalty & Promotion
Yes, Vouch POS has a very customer driven loyalty and promotion program to increase your repeat customers as well as increase your sales and reach. We recommend a reward based program where customers can be rewarded a point per dollar based.
They will get a value voucher ($5 or $10) voucher or item voucher (free menu item) once they reach a threshold. They can redeem this voucher in their next order.
The loyalty program is supported in the POS, online ordering and mobile app ordering.
Yes, we have the campaign feature which can be configured on demand in case of any events or festivals. We also have the ability where lazy customers who have not placed orders for 60 days or more can automatically reach out via SMS or mail with a voucher to prompt them to place orders.
Catering & Event
A restaurant can create or generate an estimate for a catering or event order and share it with the customer. The customer can approve and make the payment.
It helps create customized quotes, get payments and track them. This helps maintain the communication seamless.
Yes, you can accept the deposit and the remaining payment can be taken at a later stage once the order is fulfilled.
Once the customer confirms the order, it is sent to the POS directly based on the configuration done by the restaurant.
You can generate professional quotes or custom event order forms with all necessary details like menu selections, guest count, date/time, and special instructions. These can be shared with customers via email from the dashboard to get approval before converting them into confirmed orders.
